Working with people with mental illness such as Marcus is a challenge, but it’s very rewarding because I encourage Marcus to do his best. I mean, like he said, when he comes to work I don’t treat him any differently than I treat any other employees. They all have a task, they all know what they’re supposed to be doing and we have fun. Say it out loud just, they’ll never be able to overcome what they’re dealing with. So by saying it out loud they’re actually asking for help and asking for someone to lend you a hand. That’s what it means to me.
